My first blog….
Aaahhhh…it’s my very first blog! First of all, it’s amazing to me that ‘blog’ is so ingrained into our society now. What a funny word. Who came up with it..that’s what I want to know. It sounds dirty. Or something you’d find in an old pond. “Well, that pond is full of blog”. Yes..this is how Melissa’s brain works when she just types.
So, I found webpress because of school. This is the new way that we are doing websites for our classrooms, and as I was using it for that, I though..how fun would it be for me to start my own…well, here it goes. I’m not sure how much I’ll do it, or if I’ll be sure to update it, but you know, I’ll try. Really…..does anybody ever really read it? Doens’t matter to me. So if you are reading, then hello. if you aren’t, then you won’t know that I’m talking about you. HAHAHAHAHAHA!
Well, you know, it’s about 9:36 on a Sunday morning, and, as usual, I have neglected to yet take a shower. Logan is down for his morning nap, so it’s probably a good idea for me to do that NOW, but you know, I’m blogging. I’m about to go do that..but you know, my ADD often kicks in on my way to the bathroom. I think…wow..I could check my email real quick, and hten I sat down, and then realized that I’d like ot check into wordpress for personal use, and well, here we are.
Ralph and I are goign to go see Prince Caspian today. That’s right, we are leaving our house to go see a movie, finally. We’ll be sure ot add our reviews under the ‘movie’ category. We’ll periodically add reviews to that as well of all movies we see. you know, we love our movies, but since Logan has been born, have really slacked on getting to them. There’s a certain feeling of guilt when you ask someone to babysit….even when it’s Jeff & Sharon. Not so much the guilt of leaving Logan..but the guilt of asking someone else to watch him….but you know, maybe by the time he’s 3 we’ll get past it.
Allright, for real now, I’m going to go and take a shower, so that’s about all I have to say right now.
